How it Works.
Design
First, chose your desired style - full service tea party, self-styled tea party, or food only catering. Browse our gallery for inspiration for tablescape designs.
Next, pick a tea package that fits your event based on the number of items you wish to offer your guests, and then curate your menu.
Finally, decide if you’d like any add-ons for your event - custom themes, printed menus and place cards, floral arrangements, etc.
Inquire
Send us your event information - requested date (include a couple of options if available), guest count, and the type of experience you have in mind. Be sure to include your chosen menu, style preferences, and any extras you’d like to ask about. We’ll check availability and respond with an estimate.
Confirm
Once all details are confirmed, we’ll send you a final proposal with the service agreement. As soon as we receive your retainer fee, the date will be blocked for you. Final menu choices and guest count are reconfirmed one week before your event. Balance is due at that time. The complete payment schedule is clearly outlined in the proposal.
Enjoy
We will take care of all the details from setup to tear-down, leaving you free to enjoy the event with your guests!
